Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Can I import data from Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Nordite supports direct import from Excel files (.xlsx, .xls) and Google Sheets. You can also set up recurring sync with Google Sheets to keep your models up to date automatically.
How many users can I add to my workspace?
This depends on your plan. The Starter plan includes up to 5 users, Professional supports up to 25, and Enterprise has unlimited users. Visit our pricing page for details.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. See our Security documentation for full details.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely. You can export any model, report, or dataset in multiple formats including Excel, CSV, and JSON. Your data is always yours.
